What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it. Some cookies are essential for the site to work; others help us improve your experience.

That's it. We currently use no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third-party tracking cookies.
If we add analytics in the future (e.g. to understand which features are most used), we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as logging in or setting your cookie preference. Without them, parts of the site would not work.
Your choices
When you first visit our site, we show a cookie banner asking for your preference:
- Accept All: allows all cookies (currently the same as strictly necessary, since we don't use analytics yet)
- Decline: only strictly necessary cookies are set
You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for secondfix.build and refreshing the page. The banner will appear again.
If you are a customer signed in to a project portal, clearing cookies signs you out. You can sign back in with a new email code.

Most browsers let you view, manage, and delete cookies. Here's how:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies
Note: blocking all cookies may prevent parts of the app from working (e.g. you won't be able to stay logged in).
